This role plays a key part in maintaining data integrity within the WMS, improving processes, preparing shipping documentation, and delivering accurate reporting to support operational performance and customer satisfaction.
Compensation:
$45,000 - $65,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Analyze data from WMS, EDI, and customer portals to identify trends and operational inefficiencies. Ensure data integrity through audits, cycle counts, and inventory transaction reviews. Prepare shipping documentation, including BOLs, Shippers, and Commercial Invoices. Generate reports to evaluate performance and support decision-making. Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to reporting and transactions. Lead or support process optimization initiatives, SOP development, and technology adoption projects.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain required. Strong background in process mapping, analysis, and optimization. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX MATCH, complex formulas; Power Query/VBA a plus). Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Associate's Degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use. Ability to work in a warehouse environment. Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
