Summary:
This position will provide support to the Production Manager by coordinating inventory assignments and projects related to production and finished goods inventory, and help provide a smooth flow of materials throughout the process. This will include communication with internal customers and the ERP system team. This position will lead monthly inventory counts, assist in implementing a cycle counting process, production material flow improvements, and translate customer demands into a production schedule.
Responsibilities:
Gather data on hourly/salary working status (including the number of planned, actual, and absent employees, hiring numbers, voluntary/involuntary terminations, vacation, FMLA, ESTA, etc.) from supervisors/team leaders. Analyze this data to create a reasonable overtime plan, assist in developing a hiring plan, and facilitate communication tools and volunteer processes for each department leader. Perform physical inventory counts, track and report inventory accuracy, and reconcile inventory issues daily. Perform semi and F/G inventory monitoring and inventory simulation for long term planning Perform thorough research and document inventory discrepancies using all available resources to identify root causes and supply possible solutions. Develop, implement, and monitor all key functions related to inventory transactions to assure that they are accurate and timely. Introduce additional inventory tracking resources to drive continuous improvement Perform inventory transactions in ERP system to track inventory movement and increase accuracy. Production schedule monitoring, reporting daily (GMES, Factory Monitoring), and production data organization. Business and KPI planning documentation. Communicate issues with other Inventory Teams (local and worldwide locations). Work with Planning Team to review weekly production plans and communicate with other departments. Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related program Bilingual speaking, reading and writing skills in both English and Korean preferred, but not required.
Experience:
1 to 3+ years of related experience Manufacturing experience preferred
Skills:
Data Analysis MS Office Suite, including advanced MS Excel Skills Strong analytical, financial modeling, and reporting skills Excellent time management and organizational ability Strong communication and presentation skills Attention to Detail Collaboration
