Full Job Description Primary Function:
The Grower Supply Analyst is responsible for the collection, organization, analysis, and reporting of supply chain initiatives. Track key performance indicators that are critical to the success of crop planning.Values:

Collect, analyze, evaluate and report data to increase match of supply and demand. Create Dashboards & Reports for Supply Chain Managers. Be the steward of Supply Chain Data, including Acreage Plans, LT Forecasts, Original Plans, Data Definitions, Plant Dates, Seed Drop Dates, and Pack Schedule monitoring. Validate and identify discrepancies between grower forecast and data driven historical forecast. Communicate reporting to Senior Management accurately and on time. Monitor greenhouse acreage in production vs out of production and report to senior management any deviations to the plan. Monitor Procurement KPI's and assure that the source data driving KPI's are validated and updated according to business transactions each fiscal week. Coordinate updates and changes in Short Term Forecasting with Management, GL's and Planners. Drive presentations and support team in select KPI and Planning meetings Support activities and business programs related to the grower forecasting and commodity planning function.Education/Background Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business Administration, or related field required. Previous experience preferred. Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required Proven ability to develop well thought out and accurate analysis for management decision making Expert proficiency in Excel Strong writing, communication. presentation and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Company confidentiality agreement will be required Willingness to work independently, with minimal supervision and take ownership of job Willingness to work with a high degree of professionalism and personal integrity Solid experience in Microsoft Office and/or ERP/MRP program. Proficient End User in Anaplan or equivalent Planning platform Ability to work in a team, be in possession of strong analytical skills, be results oriented, is composed under pressure. Pays attention to detail, demonstrates perseverance, and can coordinate with people in a non-solid line environment.Working Conditions:
