Job Description

TheGlobalSupplyChain Analystisa keypositionwithinMethode'sMP&L team, reportingtotheDirector, Digital Supply Chain.

The Global Supply Chain Analyst connects technology with business needs and drives analytics and problem-solving activityacross Global MP&L. In this position the key activity is the continual improvement of data quality and application to influence processes and workflows that support operational tasks and strategic planning. Theanalystwill lead activities that help stabilize and standardize processesof reporting to generate monetizable value through improved cashflow and EBITDA performance.

Key deliverables for the role will beactionableBI dashboards and reports, User-training and optimization of thereporting systems, and development support of new digital and AI platforms.
Responsibilities:
Create a strong bias for action with a demonstrated ability to mine, refine, andutilizecomplex data sets Drive standardized reporting across all levels of the Supply Chain andcreatetools that allow quick and meaningful analysis of processes across the business. Thisreportingshould drive activity and where necessary countermeasures to continually improve workflow efficiency, customerexperienceand financial performance. Responsible for assembling data, analyzing performance,identifyingproblems, and developing recommendations that drive improvement in key performance metrics: CustomerOTIF, inventoryturns, and forecast accuracy Build dashboards, process maps, scripts, and works with Microsoft Office products,businesspartnersand IT personnel to create programs & EDI reportstoenable leaner, more efficientMethodebusiness operations Develop,maintainand automate Supply Chain dashboards that reduce non-value-addedwork forMP&LPlanners, freeing them up to become more proactive in planning the Supply Chain and reducing business risk Design and perform process workflows that ensure large-scale data cleansing and standardization projects are completed successfully. Collaborate withteammatesand externalpartnersto collect, test, andvalidatethe datarequiredto successfully launch newdigitalsoftwareplatforms Establishes governance and drives adherence to theMP&L Digitalstrategy. Analyze demand and supplypatternsby developingamodel of customer forecast and sales history together with purchase and receipt data. Utilize the demand data to decideoptimalinventory level, communicate to production andpurchasingto minimize working capital and stock out. Analyze customerforecastand verify data to align with actual sales numbersin support of
S&OP/S&OE
Planning cycles. Identifycapacity constraints and work with partners to develop costed contingency plans tomaintainservice levels for business scenarios Measure actual performance against goals on regular basis and present results to senior management Provide regular reports and insights on inventory levels, delivery performance, and planning efficiency to senior leadership Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Inventoryturns Core Competences Demonstrated capability and knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e.

Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI) Strong quantitative and analytical skills - data science and scripting experience is an advantage Analyzinglarge, complex data sets through theutilizationof analytics tools (Excel, Access, VBA, Tableau,Power BI, Zoho) Strong capability to work and influence cross-functionally and drive continuous digitaland system improvements (relentlessly challenges & improves) Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision Proficient at achievinghigh levelsof engagement and empowerment of cross-functional, multi-dimensional teams, through training and development sessions Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to design training material and deliver trainingvirtually and in person Ability to explain complex processes in understandable terms and develop presentations to sell an idea and take decisions Solid understanding of supply chain operations, especially inventory control, planning, forecasting,schedulingand S&OP Familiar with the development, use, and implementation of supply chain planning and control tower systems Qualifications Required Fluent English Required Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, DataScienceor Information Systems Experience within the Automotive, Industrial or Data Centerbusinesses 2 years of experience in a discipline of Supply Chain Management Experience of driving Continuous Process Improvements Strong change management and training skills
Preferred Additional Languages:
Spanish, Arabicor Mandarin Language also desirable but not necessary MBAorMSc in Supply-Chainor Analytics Certifications in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CPIM, CSCP).
