$25•$27 per hour Job Details•The Materials Coordinator will support the day to day flow of raw materials, components, and supplies through the facility to ensure production schedules are met without interruption. This is a hands on role that sits at the intersection of purchasing, inventory control, and production support in a precision electronics manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials, laminate, copper foil, adhesives, hardware, and other production inputs Coordinate with purchasing and production planning to ensure materials are available when and where they are needed Receive, inspect, and accurately log incoming materials and components into the ERP or inventory management system Identify and communicate potential material shortages or delivery risks to the appropriate teams in a timely manner Process and track purchase orders and follow up with suppliers on lead times, shipment status, and delivery confirmations Perform cycle counts and assist with periodic physical inventory reconciliation Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve material related issues and support uninterrupted workflow Maintain organized and accurate storage areas in accordance with labeling, traceability, and housekeeping standards Support continuous improvement efforts related to inventory accuracy, material flow, and supply chain efficiency Qualifications 1 to 3 years of experience in a materials coordination, inventory control, purchasing support, or supply chain role within a manufacturing environment Experience in electronics, PCB, or precision manufacturing is a strong plus Familiarity with ERP or MRP systems such as Epicor, SAP, NetSuite, or similar Solid understanding of purchase order processes, receiving procedures, and inventory management fundamentals Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced production environment Comfortable working on the production floor and in warehouse or receiving areas throughout the shift Effective written and verbal communication skills, particularly when coordinating across departments or following up with suppliers High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or coursework in supply chain, business, or a related field is a plus This is a first shift, contract to hire opportunity located in the south Minneapolis metro area. Candidates with a background in electronics or precision manufacturing supply chains are strongly encouraged to apply.
