$22/hr About Our Client Our client is a Fortune 100 manufacturing organization recognized for producing industry-leading road paving and construction equipment. Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Analyst / Cycle Counter to support warehouse inventory accuracy and material tracking operations. In this role, you will perform warehouse and point-of-use counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and assist with daily reporting activities. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with scanners and computers, takes initiative, and can work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct warehouse cycle counts and point-of-use inventory counts Research and reconcile lost, found, or mismatched inventory Perform material movement transactions using handheld scanners and computer systems Stock materials, pick parts, and audit inventory locations Identify, document, and communicate material discrepancies and recommend corrective actions Support daily inventory and reporting activities Work effectively within a team environment with minimal supervision Complete additional projects or tasks as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 6 months of computer usage experience Ability to use scanners and computers for material movement transactions Ability to read standard work instructions and complete continuous improvement documentation Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Basic problem-solving and communication skills Physical Requirements Frequent lifting up to 35 lbs Standing for up to 8-hour shifts with minimal breaks Ability to work at multiple heights and climb material handling equipment Repetitive grasping, pushing, pulling, and rotating motions Ability to work in tight or awkward spaces, including squatting, overhead reaching, and twisting Exposure to changing temperatures and industrial noise levels (85 dB or greater) Limited exposure to welding fumes Exposure to magnets that may impact medical devices
Required PPE:
Hearing protection, safety glasses, steel-toed/metatarsal footwear, bump caps, and appropriate material-handling and fall-protection equipment.
