Job Description

Description:
Arctic Cat is hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to support both strategic sourcing initiatives and tactical, day-to-day operational execution. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to drive visibility, accountability, and performance throughout the supply base. This position is located in Thief River Falls, MN. Responsibilities Develop and maintain datasets and analytical tools that support sourcing strategy, procurement operations, supplier performance, and material availability. Analyze cost, quality, delivery, and capacity data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across the supply chain. Support multi-year strategic sourcing and contracting initiatives, including bid package development, supplier analysis, contract administration, and negotiations. Build supplier roadmaps, supplier accountability metrics, and capacity planning models to drive visibility and supplier performance. Lead initiatives focused on cost reduction, supply continuity, and operational excellence. Develop commodity strategy, perform contract writing and administration activities, negotiate with suppliers, and place and fulfill purchase orders. Establish datasets and packages for strategic contracting. Identify and implement strategies for cost out opportunities. Provide mentorship to analysts to help others develop sourcing and procurement skills and knowledge. Serve as a lead resource for analysts by providing guidance, mentorship, and support in sourcing and procurement best practices.
Requirements:
Supply Chain experience required, including experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or operational improvement initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
Software Knowledge:
Oracle and
SAP, MRP
systems are preferred.
Expertise:
Must bring analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to interpret complex data and translate insights into action. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong communication, collaboration, and project coordination skills. Experience with supplier management, contracting, procurement systems, or supply chain analytics preferred.
