• Associate Demand Forecaster & Modeling (BGS-G SC)

• Position Responsibilities:

• + Performs or maintains routine inventory procedures, assists in analyzing postproduction supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities.

+ Exercises critical thinking and innovative problem solving + Champions culture of quality, learning, trust, and collaborative energy + Assess performance of models and analysis and confirm that business objectives were met + Adaptable, able to work in a constant change and fast paced environment + Builds and manages data sets/modeling records to run models and simulations + Identify process and system improvements and support business decisions + Gathers, cleans and verifies accuracy, and analyzes data to develop and manage multiple data sets + Run demand forecasting, strategic optimization, initial spares models and logistics simulations on complex projects + Analyzes, manipulates, updates and optimizes models + Uses models to estimate resource needs + Uses tools, models and simulations to identify process and system improvements + Assesses supply chain practices to improve cost and cycle time

• Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• + Minimum 2 years of experience in Data analytics + Minimum of 1 years' experience using or applying statistical and mathematical concepts to measure performance against projects to ensure high-quality deliveries + Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
• Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• + Great communication skills, and motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced production environment + Experience with statistical software (e.

g., R) and database languages (e.g., SQL). + Strong team player and passion to execute projects with a focus on customer and value + Bachelor's or master's in computer science, economics, quantitative finance, operations research, statistics, mathematics, or related field of engineering + Demand forecasting and/or data simulation experience

• Travel:

• This position may require traveling up to 10% of the time.
