Under general supervision, perform a variety of routine and ad-hoc activities to support the operations team. Provide accurate and timely processing of information related to orders, production, shipping, pricing, payment, invoices, or other business information. Handle the administration of production documentation, including completion, verification, and filing of documents associated with the production process. Serve as a resource for general questions regarding department operations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Control inventory for co pack customers to ensure accurate quantities and timely replenishment
Monitor stock levels daily and reconcile discrepancies with supply chain and production teams
Run routine reports to track production, material usage, and shipment status
Generate weekly inventory summaries for leadership and cross-functional teams
Post production folders and verify all supporting documents are complete and accurate
File, organize, and maintain digital and physical records for audits and traceability
Enter data into ERP/MRP systems with high attention to detail
Communicate with internal departments to resolve inventory or documentation issues
Follow up with vendors or co-pack customers regarding shipment timing and material availability
Prepare spreadsheets, logs, and trackers to support supply chain activities
Review production reports for errors and communicate corrections as needed
Support month-end reconciliation processes
Respond to emails, inquiries, and requests from production, warehouse, and management teams
Assist with creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and updating process documentation
Provide administrative support such as scanning, copying, filing, and updating shared folders
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and record keeping requirements
Perform any other work duties as assigned. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent
1 to 2 years of operations, administrative, or related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Certification and/or License - may be required during course of employment Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of and skill with Microsoft Office Suite and company computer systems, including spreadsheet skills and knowledge of spreadsheet functions
Able to perform tasks and duties without constant supervision
Able to take initiative in performing job
Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
Able to work with accuracy and detail oriented
Able to follow directions and meet deadlines

Able to reconcile production transactions and inventories
Able to operate office machines including a calculator, scanner, copy machine, facsimile
Able to complete basic arithmetic, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, including decimals and fractions
