This role focuses on analyzing inventory data, maintaining accurate system records, and assisting with reporting through Microsoft Excel. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient material flow, support cycle counts and reconciliations, and help maintain an organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a degree in a related field, has strong Excel skills, and brings a high level of accuracy, organization, and problem-solving ability. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in inventory management and process improvement.

Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & reporting Assist in analyzing inventory levels, usage trends, and stock accuracy. Use Microsoft Excel to build and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and dashboards. Identify discrepancies and support root cause analysis. Data Entry & System Accuracy Accurately enter inventory transactions into the system. Maintain up-to-date and reliable inventory records. Support cycle count and physical inventory reconciliations. Warehouse Organization & Operations Support Assist with maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse layout. Support labeling, bin location accuracy, and material tracking. Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to ensure material flow efficiency. Process Improvements Observe current inventory processes and identify improvement opportunities. Recommend ways to increase efficiency, accuracy and visibility. Support documentation of Standard Operating Procedures. Assist in implementation of small-scale process improvements.
Ideal Candidate:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas, pivot tables preferred). High attention to detail and strong organizational skills preferred. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong Communication and Problem-Solving Skills.
