On-sitePosition Summary:
WGI is seeking a Personnel Program Support Analyst to provide support to the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) at Fort Bragg, NC. This position delivers analytical, administrative, and coordination support for personnel and organizational program requirements. The Analyst will assist government leads in planning, documentation, scheduling, and reporting to ensure efficient execution of personnel-related and technical initiatives that advance USSOCOM mission objectives. Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Provide comprehensive administrative support for technical requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Input and manage non-routine and complex information into word processing and database systems Edit and format materials, ensuring clarity and compliance with required standards Coordinate and schedule equipment utilization, confirming material supply and demand as needed Prepare work orders or purchase requests to ensure timely procurement of supplies and equipment Assist in developing briefing materials, including graphics and document preparation, for reviews, In-Progress Reviews (IPRs), and other presentations Maintain and continuously update detailed schedules listing work efforts, milestones, and resources, ensuring they are electronically accessible daily
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field; equivalent professional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree Minimum of 4 years of experience in administrative support or a related role Strong proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software Demonstrated ability to edit and format documents with precision Experience managing schedules, coordinating logistics, and preparing comprehensive reports and materials Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure environment Familiarity with government or military processes and protocols Experience supporting DoD or USSOCOM operations Possess and maintain a current SECRET security clearance
