12 Months Contract Paye rate : $34-$36/HR Job Summary We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support sourcing and procurement operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on procurement workflow execution, supplier coordination, sourcing data management, reporting, and cost analysis activities. Key Responsibilities
  • Support Approval Change Notice (ACN) processing and workflow tracking
  • Maintain sourcing, contract, and procurement data in internal systems
  • Assist with RFQ creation and sourcing execution activities
  • Track supplier inputs, compliance documentation, and follow-ups
  • Extract and validate ERP data for reporting and cost analysis
  • Update sourcing reports, project milestones, and status tracking
  • Support dashboard and reporting activities
  • Coordinate approvals and cross-functional procurement workflows
  • Assist with cost reduction and sourcing initiative tracking Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • 2-6 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or sourcing support roles
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Exposure to sourcing, contract, or procurement data handling
  • Experience supporting reporting and operational tracking activities Preferred Skills

  • Supplier management or sourcing support background
