As a Manufacturing Cost and Supply Chain Analyst, you will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure accurate product costing, streamline production flow, and enhance planning in the ERP system (SAP). Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will utilize SAP, Jira, and Excel to manage engineering drawings and manufacturing processes. Responsibilities of theManufacturing Cost & Supply Chain Analyst:
Maintain and update manufacturing master data in SAP, including BOMs, work centers, and costing views. Manage material routing instructions from the Process Engineering team in SAP. Provide accurate responses to cost and lead time requests for the sales team. Define in-house production times for capacity planning and scheduling support. Minimize setup times and changeover time in assigned work centers. Establish and manage economical lot sizes for production. Support make/buy decision analysis and execute appropriate decisions. Process Engineering Change Orders related to master data. Maintain accurate product costing and cost updates. Handle Supply Chain Requests related to master data and costing. Collaborate with Engineering teams to enhance production flow efficiency.Education & Experience Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering. Experience in Fab and Machine Shop operations. Working knowledge of SAP ERP systems, including BOMs, routings, and costing. Experience using Jira or similar workflow tools. Ability to read engineering drawings. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office products. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
