Job Summary The Logistics Data Analyst will support the performance, visibility, and continuous improvement of our warehouse operations. This role combines data analysis with operational execution, ensuring accurate performance tracking, cost control, and support for day-to-day logistics activities. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with warehouse operations and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and service excellence. Job Responsibilities ​​ Own the tracking and analysis of warehouse operational KPIs (e.g., productivity, service level, order fulfillment, throughput), ensuring data accuracy and consistency Build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards and reports to provide visibility on warehouse performance and support decision-making Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities, translating insights into clear recommendations Work closely with warehouse team and 3PL partner to monitor performance and support the execution of action plans Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing data analysis, tracking results, and measuring impact on performance and costs Manage logistics-related invoice processing, including validation of charges, tracking of payments, and ensuring alignment with contractual terms and actual activity Monitor and track warehouse costs, providing visibility on spending and supporting cost control efforts Support the budget process by providing operational data, validating assumptions, and tracking actuals versus budget Act as a key point of contact between Logistics, Finance, and Brand teams for data, reporting, and operational performance topics Support ad hoc operational analysis to enable quick and effective decision-making All other duties or projects as assigned Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field Experience & Skills 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Data Analysis roles Hands-on experience with warehouse operations and understanding of key operational KPIs Experience with invoice processing, cost tracking, or budget support in an operational environment is a plus Experience working with large datasets and translating data into actionable insights What We O ffer Comprehensive benefits package Annual discretionary corporate incentive bonus Competitive paid parental leave Generous employee discount to use on all your favorite L'Occitane En Provence products L'Occitane en Provence offers a competitive compensation package and a comprehensive benefits package.
