The ideal candidate will have Admin/Super user experience with OTM, SAP, and FourKites (4K) as well as strong troubleshooting and analytical skills which will align successfully in the organization.

6 Months (extension possible)
Pay Range:
$30 - $40 hourly What's the Job? Troubleshoot and resolve issues across logistics systems (SAP, OTM, FourKites), including monitoring system performance and integrations Manage system access and security , including ticketing, SAP GRC approvals, and periodic access reviews Maintain system configurations and support change requests to ensure stable and efficient operations Support system updates and projects , including releases, patches, UAT testing, and enhancements Collaborate with cross-functional teams and users to address issues, ensure compliance, and drive continuous system improvements What's Needed? Admin/Super user experience with OTM, SAP, and FourKites (4K) Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Proficiency in system configurations and integrations Strong communication and documentation skills Project management experience supporting UAT and system initiatives What's in it for me?
