What You'll Tackle Every Day Create robust demand plans and accurately forecast volume requirements to ensure we deliver products on time and in full to our customers. Provide key analytical insights that shape our internal financial plans and validate the assumptions behind future growth activities. Continuous improvement of Sales Forecast Accuracy and Bias, ensuring data integrity across our planning systems. Lead specific projects or targeted project steps within the broader sales framework What You'll Bring to the Table Moderate to extensive knowledge and practical experience within demand planning, sales operations, or retail allocation. Experience evaluating data to improve forecast accuracy and managing modern planning systems effectively. The ability to perform a range of assignments with a moderate level of guidance Experience navigating cross-functional project steps and building baseline knowledge of company processes, customers, and segments.
