Chester, NY Job Summary We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to support a high-volume delivery operations team. This role is responsible for managing logistics workflows and resolving delivery-related issues that impact customer experience. This position plays a key role in ensuring timely and accurate order coordination while working closely with internal teams in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage daily logistics operations for assigned regions Resolve delivery-related issues and ensure timely resolution Provide backup coverage for team members during PTO or absences Support order management processes including swaps and scheduled deliveries Assist with critical and time-sensitive deliveries Work with Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) orders and specialized cases Generate and review operational reports Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery coordination Required Skills & Qualifications Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively Experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or customer support preferred Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Detail-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and in a team environment Basic proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools Work Environment Collaborative team environment Cross-training across multiple operational processes Exposure to complex logistics workflows
