They optimize supply chain efficiency by coordinating with suppliers, tracking shipments, preparing documentation, and resolving delivery delays. This fast-paced role ensures on-time, cost-effective, and accurate product movement.

Logistics Coordination:

Plan and oversee the flow of goods from origin to final destination.

Shipping & Receiving:

Oversee warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations to ensure accurate inventory.

Inventory Control:

Maintain, track, and update inventory levels using logistics software and management systems.

Documentation & Compliance:

Ensure all shipments have proper documentation, such as invoices, bills of lading, and customs paperwork.

Relationship Management:

Communicate with vendors, carriers, and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues.

Process Optimization:

Analyze logistical data to identify, develop, and implement cost-effective methods and process improvements.

Problem-Solving:

Proactively address shipment delays, shortages, or damaged goods.

Required Skills & Qualifications Education:

High school diploma or GED is often sufficient, but a bachelor's degree in supply chain management or logistics is preferred.

Experience:

Previous experience (often 3-5+ years) in warehousing, logistics, or transportation.

Technical Proficiency:

Knowledge of inventory management systems and software (e.g., ERP, TMS).

Communication:

Strong written and verbal skills for communicating with stakeholders.

Time Management:

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience filing International Maritime Organization (IMO), Automated Export System (AES) Proven record processing shipments in accordance with DOT regulations and hazardous material labeling requirements Experience processing shipments using UPS and FedEx software Basic proficiency with

MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides Pay:

$25.07 - $30.19 per hour
