We partner with brands to bring their recipes to life at scale — which means our supply chain has to be tight, responsive, and always a step ahead. We're hiring a Supply Chain Analyst who's sharp with data, comfortable with ambiguity, and genuinely curious about how things flow from raw ingredients to finished product. You'll work directly with the people running procurement, production, and logistics — with a direct line to leadership and real visibility into decisions that matter. If you grow into this role the way we think you might, the scope will grow with you. What You'll Do Dig into inventory, demand, and transportation data to find patterns and flag problems before they become expensive Build and maintain demand forecasts that keep production from over- or under-ordering ingredients Track supplier performance and help evaluate sourcing decisions — who's delivering on time, who isn't Support pricing initiatives for new products across both existing and new customers — bringing data and cost insight to the conversation Create dashboards and reports in Excel (and eventually other tools) that give leadership a clear picture of supply chain health Collaborate closely with our procurement, production, quality, and logistics teams — this is a hands-on, cross-functional role Identify waste and inefficiency and come with recommendations, not just observations
What We're Looking For Required:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field 1-3 years of relevant experience — internships absolutely count Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills; you're comfortable building models, not just reading them You can translate a data finding into a clear recommendation for someone who doesn't live in spreadsheets Nice toHave:
Experience with Sage 100 Forecasting or inventory optimization background APICS CPIM/CSCP, Six Sigma, or similar certification What We Offer Health, dental, and vision insurance Simple IRA with company match Paid time off and holidays A seat at the table — you won't be buried in a large org; your work will be visible and your ideas heard Room to grow as you prove yourself — we're a small team, and that means opportunity To apply, send your resume and a brief note about why this role interests you.Pay:
