Job Description

Walk onto our Twinsburg, OH manufacturing floor and you'll feel the pace. As the Manufacturing Planning and Materials Control Analyst, your morning starts by reviewing SAP exceptions, sequencing work orders, and confirming the right parts are on hand so lines never miss a beat. Throughout the day you'll collaborate with Scheduling, Materials, and Engineering to align capacity with demand, keep inventory healthy, and resolve real-time supply issues. This role reports to the PCA Team Lead and is fully on-site. What you'll tackle day to day Release and sequence discrete manufacturing orders for assigned product lines and projects, balancing material availability and capacity constraints to prevent line stoppages and support on-time delivery.
Own material availability:
monitor SAP exception messages, validate actual component consumption, and expedite with suppliers to remove shortages. Manage inventory performance for designated portfolios; partner with Central Material Analysts and Master Schedulers to analyze deviations and implement countermeasures for

stocking violations. With Central Material Analysts, set and refine planning parameters to uphold customer-focused safety stock and reorder points for components and finished goods, following the materials planning playbook. Work with Master Schedulers and Manufacturing Engineers to understand and advise on short- and long-term capacity, minimizing the drivers of past-due orders. Build, adjust, and maintain material, manufacturing, and procurement strategies for new product introductions and product phase-outs to support the NPM (new product manufacturing) process. Coordinate with the Master Scheduler on the monthly build plan for safety stock and targeted finished goods inventories.
