Job Description

Supply Chain Analyst $80,000 + bonus Full Benefits Drive Performance. Optimize Operations. Deliver Results. We're looking for a proactive Supply Chain Analyst to help strengthen and optimize our manufacturing supply chain. In this role, you'll use data, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to improve inventory management, production planning, logistics performance, and supplier reliability. Your insights will directly support operational efficiency, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. What You'll Do Manage and coordinate import and export shipments ground, air, and ocean transportation, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with global trade requirements. Analyze supply chain performance and identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency, and cost. Support production planning and inventory strategies to ensure material availability and operational continuity. Partner with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to minimize disruptions and improve operational performance. Develop reports, dashboards, and forecasts that support business decision-making. Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, inventory management, or manufacturing operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience using ERP systems and reporting tools. Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar analytics platforms is a plus. Ability to communicate effectively across departments and influence positive change. Experience in manufacturing or chemical operations is highly desirable. Why Join Us?
