Job Description
We are seeking a highly intelligent, technically minded analyst to help us deeply understand the rapidly evolving AI infrastructure, semiconductor, memory, and data center industries. This is not a traditional finance analyst role. We are looking for someone who can identify major shifts before Wall Street fully prices them in, uncover hidden bottlenecks, analyze supply chain changes, track data center buildout trends, and understand memory pricing cycles and hyperscaler spending behavior. The ideal candidate thinks like an industry insider, systems thinker, technical operator, and investor. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor AI infrastructure, memory, semiconductors, networking, and data center markets daily.
- Track developments across DRAM, NAND, HBM, SSDs, GPUs, optical networking, and hyperscaler capex.
- Analyze earnings calls, supply chain commentary, pricing trends, lead times, and industry data.
- Identify early signs of demand acceleration, inventory corrections, oversupply, pricing shifts, and deployment slowdowns.
- Produce weekly high-signal intelligence reports and investment risk assessments.
- Conduct deep-dive research projects into semiconductor supply chains and AI infrastructure buildouts.
- Continuously stress-test investment theses and identify risks before the broader market recognizes them. Ideal Background
- Experience at companies such as Micron, Western Digital, Seagate, SK hynix, Samsung, NVIDIA, Broadcom, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Prior experience in semiconductor product management, supply chain strategy, memory engineering, infrastructure planning, or AI infrastructure operations.
- Strong technical understanding of memory ecosystems and AI data center infrastructure. Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of technical and industry information.
- Strong pattern recognition and analytical thinking.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Ability to identify high-signal information versus market noise.
- Understanding of HBM, DRAM, NAND, CoWoS, SSD architecture, optical networking, and hyperscaler infrastructure is strongly preferred.
