Ensure usage is aligned with standards; Coordinate materials inventory with regards to Return to Vendor making accurate information against actual for return and proper transaction in the system; Report project plans, progress, and results for supply chain related initiatives; Maintain and develop positive business relationships with trading partners key personnel involved in, or directly relevant to, supply chain management tasks; Identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions; Ensure supply chain compliance protocols, and procedures are followed; Support initiatives to streamline supply chain operations and implement best practices; Verify relevant parameters for invoices related to freight, raw materials, indirect materials, and services, e.g., cost, discounts, surcharges, and other miscellaneous charges/credits are applied correctly; Validate correct codes are allocated to invoices for payment, ensuring appropriate internal accounting of costs; Follow-up and ensure credit notes are being provided by the Vendor for any RTV; Use strong communication skills (written and verbal) to coordinate activities for invoice vouching and complete timely payment to Vendors with correct flow of documentation. Domestic travel required up to 10% of the time. Partial telecommuting permitted; on-site at 110 SE Inner Loop, Georgetown, TX 78626 when not remote.
Salary:
$84,000
  • 115,500 per year.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Masters degree or U.S. equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field., plus 3 years of professional experience as a Supply Chain Analyst, Procurement Specialist, Buyer, Planner, or any position/job involving supply chain management, data analytics, project management, cost models, and compliance. Must also have experience in the following: 3 years of professional experience in supply chain processes, including MPS or MRP, and inventory management or purchasing; 3 years of professional experience in tools including Google Sheets, Excel, SQL and BI; 2 years of professional experience with ERP systems, including SAP or PeopleSoft, performing planning, purchasing, materials management, and accounts payable; 2 years of professional experience performing planning, purchasing, materials management, and accounts payable; 2 years of professional experience tracking and managing international and domestic raw material shipping, inventory transfer (including parcel, truck, drayage, ocean freight, and airfreight); 2 years of professional experience adhering to regulatory standards affecting raw materials, and equipment imports to the U.S. (including
USITC, U.S.
CBP, and
U.S. DOC
); 2 years of professional experience analyzing vendor invoices for pricing, freight, and surcharges, coordinating inventory returns and vendor credits, coding invoices for internal cost accounting, and generating spend and inventory reports.
