S4 Systems is seeking an experienced Logistics Analyst to provide Integrated Logistics Support for the U.S. Navy Foreign Military Sales Boats and Craft program (PMS 300) and related Naval Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC) requirements. In this remote role, you will support in-service platforms by managing configuration and provisioning data, sustaining logistics systems, and ensuring lifecycle readiness—from acquisition through disposal. You will partner closely with Government program offices, engineering teams, and program management to ensure equipment remains supportable, ready, and cost-effective throughout its lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS), including tracking obsolescence, assessing operational impacts, and recommending mitigation strategies Review and update Naval Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC) Tables of Allowance (TOA) to ensure accuracy of authorized equipment inventories Prepare and maintain Baseline Assessment Memoranda (BAM) and readiness reports for PEO/PAE Maritime (NAVSEA), supporting PMS 300 product readiness and sustainability objectives Review and support Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP) and Life Cycle Maintenance Plans (LCMP) Perform Configuration Status Accounting (CSA) and maintain accurate baselines within Government databases (e.g., CDMD-OA, MBPS) Develop and manage provisioning products, including Provisioning Parts Data, Allowance Parts Lists (APLs), and repairable-item identification Support maintenance planning efforts, including Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis and development of maintenance requirements Develop and review technical documentation and Logistics Support Information (LSI) packages in accordance with NAVSEA standards Coordinate outfitting efforts for Navy systems, ensuring delivery of required equipment and materials Conduct physical inventory validation and reconciliation as needed Participate in shipbuilder and program team meetings, representing logistics interests and tracking action items to completion Support system and equipment disposal efforts, including decommissioning and material disposition processes
Requirements:
5-9 years of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) or related logistics experience, preferably supporting Navy or maritime programs Working knowledge of NAVSEA logistics processes and standards Hands-on experience with CDMD-OA and/or MBPS systems, including configuration and data management Experience supporting sustainment functions such as DMSMS, Tables of Allowance (TOA), provisioning, or maintenance planning Experience developing or reviewing logistics documentation such as LCSPs, LCMPs, or readiness reports Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables across programs Excellent written and verbal communication skills U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance High-speed internet and a suitable remote work environment
