Job Summary:

We are searching for an experienced professional to support 3rd Party Logistics initiatives by providing structured analysis, maintaining organized data, and enabling process improvements across the supply chain. Our team plays a critical role in ensuring efficient contract management and seamless communication with providers, driving operational excellence and value for the organization.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain templates to benchmark current location profiles, rates, and specifications and support streamlined bid reviews. Organize and manage the contract repository for the 3PL team, tracking updates and ensuring clear communication and efficient storage of documentation. Coordinate cross-functional communication on rate changes with internal and external partners and support timely updates. Drive the execution of rate and contract adjustments, manage annual rate escalator processes, and collaborate on executive presentations and business reviews.

Required:

5-10 years of verified experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, analytics, or a related field. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including expertise with data analysis tools and functions. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and strong data visualization skills. Proven ability to manage high volumes of data with attention to detail and accuracy, demonstrating structured analytical thinking and process adherence.
