Responsibilities Replenishment Analyst Location:
Bentonville, Arkansas (Hybrid Schedule) Our Replenishment Analyst will support the Salty, Cookie and Cracker business through inventory management, forecasting, and strategic reporting. This role is responsible for building plans and executing key business activities such as new item launches, expanded distribution, promotional activity, transitions, and everyday replenishment needs.
Your seat at the table:
Leverage Walmart's Retail Link Scintilla data and Shearer's internal data to prepare and present recommendations that improve in-stock, drive sales, forecast accuracy and right-size inventory. Monitor and manage item sequences in Walmart systems to align with inventory movement across our plants.
Item maintenance:
to include accurate item setup for new items, price changes, item information maintenance and maintaining a pricing tracker. Maintain strong relationships with Walmart Replenishment teams by delivering required reporting while also proactively reporting any issues along with a plan of action to minimize risk to inventory levels. Manage internal timelines to ensure execution dates meet customer requirements/timelines/transitions. Analyze Walmart replenishment and promotional orders. Verify accuracy and identify ordering anomalies/root causes. Support in-stock goals, seasonal builds, and holiday programs. Partner with internal teams to ensure orders flow correctly through systems, resolving issues quickly. Work with team members to monitor & report Walmart's
OTIF/SQEP
programs to so cross functional teams can assist with reducing/eliminating future fines. Owns and reports customer specific service metrics and provides proactive communication and action plans to mitigate service risk Other duties as assigned by the Senior Replenishment Manager Qualifications What you bring to the table: 2-5 years in replenishment, forecasting, supply chain, or sales analytics (consumer products preferred). Walmart experience a must. Strong analytical and Excel skills. Comfortable working with sales, inventory, and forecasting data. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proactive problem solver. Collaborative, team-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
What you bring to the table: 2-5 years in replenishment, forecasting, supply chain, or sales analytics (consumer products preferred). Walmart experience a must. Strong analytical and Excel skills. Comfortable working with sales, inventory, and forecasting data. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proactive problem solver.
