Job Description
Job Summary The Supply Chain Analyst will support sourcing and contract operations by managing procurement workflows, supplier coordination, and data analysis across multiple systems including SAP, Ariba, Tableau, and Access databases . This role plays a key part in cost reduction initiatives, supplier strategy, and reporting . Key Responsibilities Support ACN (Approval Change Notice) process including documentation and approvals Manage and update project data, forecasts, and reporting tools Perform data extraction and analysis from SAP and other databases Maintain contract databases, sourcing records, and pricing data Work within Ariba to manage sourcing events and RFQs Generate insights using Tableau dashboards and reports Support supplier compliance activities (USMCA, tariff data, declarations) Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers in a matrix environment Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field 2-3+ years of experience in data analysis / supply chain operations Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Modeling) Working knowledge of Microsoft Access and database management Experience with SAP (data extraction and reporting) Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a matrix organization Must be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment US Citizenship required Preferred Skills Experience with Ariba and Tableau Familiarity with contract management and procurement processes Exposure to supplier negotiations and cost reduction initiatives Additional Details Must be local to Winston Salem, NC Initially fully onsite , with potential to move to hybrid model Interviews will be virtual Potential for temp-to-perm conversion based on performance Looking for candidates who are confident, adaptable, and thrive in collaborative environments
