Job Description
Job Description - Process Order to Vendor from Cin7 - PO Domestics / Dock Analysis pipeline (Shipping Report from Logistics and inventory report from warehouse) of assigned Vendors for restocking. Monitor warehouse and vendor inventory level and movement. Troubleshoot any inventory discrepancy and adjust inventory if needed with vendor. Monitor aging inventory and communicate with Marketing for strategy on such goods. Monitor Vendor's production status. Negotiate with Vendor's if expedite production needed. Communicate with Logistics Team if expedite shipping method needed. PO Matching with Vendors. Create BOL when shipment is ready for dispatch and coordinate with vendors and carrier. Dispatch SO from Cin7, Shopify / Magento when carrier confirmed order has been picked up. Follow up with vendors & carrier if an order has not been picked up. Assist PD and CSR when there's any QC issue. Assist CSR on return / mis-shipment to communicate with vendors & carrier. Assist Managers to analysis vendor's price adjustment request. Assist Guild Manager to manage production slot (schedule production plan) Maintain accurate data entry in Cin7 and other related systems to ensure real-time visibility of POs, inventory, and shipments. Generate regular reports on inventory status, vendor performance, and order fulfillment metrics to support team reviews and planning. Identify and suggest process improvements in procurement, vendor communication, and system usage to increase operational efficiency Other duties assigned
