As a Walmart Replenishment Analy st at The Cookware Company, you will support our Walmart and Sam's Club businesses by managing replenishment, inventory performance, forecasting, POS analysis, OTIF performance, and supply chain execution. This role partners closely with Walmart replenishment teams, merchant teams, and internal sales and planning functions to drive in-stock performance and sales growth. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and action-driven, with a strong track record of executing against replenishment, inventory, and supply chain goals in a fast-paced retail environment. Candidates must have direct experience supporting a Walmart or Sam's Club account from either the supplier/vendor side or from Walmart/Sam's Club. This is a fully remote position ; however, candidates must reside in Bentonville or the Northwest Arkansas area. What You'll Do Manage inventory by actively working with retail partners to manage orders, recommend forecast adjustments, identify inventory opportunities, and develop solutions to supply chain gaps. Work closely with Demand Planning and Supply Planning teams to align on customer forecasts and execute against agreed-upon plans. Partner with retailer replenishment teams to address forecast recommendations, out-of-stocks (OOS), and broader supply chain concerns. Compile, analyze, and clearly communicate insights from large and complex data sets to support sound business decisions. Help develop and maintain analytical dashboards that track customer point-of-sale (POS) performance and inventory health. Provide weekly reporting recaps including sales performance, in-stocks, supply plan execution, OTIF, and SQEP metrics. Deliver ad hoc analytical support and insight generation for presentations and decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Business Leadership. Manage new item creation processes for Walmart (Item 360) and Sam's Club (IDM), ensuring accuracy and on-time execution. What You'll Bring You Are... Direct experience working fora Walmart or Sam's Club supplier/vendor organization or from Walmart/Sam's Club. Hands-on experience utilizing Walmart systems such as Retail Link, Scintilla, Supplier One, NOVA, Madrid, Item 360, and/or IDM. Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), housewares, hardlines, general merchandise, or retail supplier organizations strongly preferred. Familiarity with syndicated data sources (Circana/IRI/Nielsen) and standard sales performance metrics Experience tracking and evaluating promotional and non-promotional strategies Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Prior experience in inventory management or supply chainfunctions Ability to travel up to 10% Working Conditions/Environment Remote position with occasional travel to NY offices or other locations as needed.
