JOB SUMMARY
As an Inventory Analyst, the primary responsibility will be to maintain the accuracy and efficiency of inventoried items. This position holds a crucial role in ensuring streamlined organizational operations and accurate inventory control, through experience and high attention to detail.EDUCATION

High school diploma orGED Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related fieldEXPERIENCE
Required:
2+ years of experience in an inventory management rolePOSITION REQUIREMENT

Advanced understanding and experience in inventory management in a production environment Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations Ability to organize and maintain a safe and clean work environment Effective in collaborating with other internal departments to achieve goalsCORE COMPETENCIES
(Essential Job Functions) Show ownership of warehouse accuracy Visually and systematically enter outside products into X3 Investigate returned product, work with Customer Care to make accurate system adjustments Receive incoming Raw Material into inventory Confirm product locations when issues arise daily Perform spot checks weekly, and make corrections where necessary Perform cycle counts quarterly, and make corrections where necessary Coordinate and ensure the correct distribution of finished goods and raw materials to correct location bins, meeting company regulatory standards Ensure compliance of all bar code scanning requirements during the inventory and shipping processes Ensure all material is stored properly and at the right temperature according to product specifications Ensure standardization and implementation of best practices across all warehouse and distribution functions Organize and Lead Year End Inventory teams, and see inventory through to completion Complete other duties and special projects upon request VIN123 If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!Similar jobs in Chattanooga, TN
