Strategic Solution Design :

Analyze a client's current logistics infrastructure to design bespoke end-to-end solutions that optimize for cost, speed, and reliability

Bid and Proposal Management:

Lead or support the RFP/RFQ process, evaluate commercial requirements, and define strategic solutions in proposals

Process Optimization :

Implement continuous improvement principles (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance operational standards and supply chain program management.

Operational Implementation :

Oversee the onboarding of new clients and ensure that designed solutions are implemented effectively, managing the transition from design to operations.

Data Analysis & Reporting :

Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) tools to analyze performance, track wins/losses, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Vendor Management :

Collaborate with carriers to optimize costs and service quality

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

Liaise between sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are operationally feasible and aligned with product strategies

Client Relationship Management :

Act as a consultative partner, presenting design options to senior leadership and building long-term trust-based relationships What we would like you to bring Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Engineering is often preferred 3+ years of experience in global logistics or freight forwarding Strong understanding of shipping regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures Proficiency in MS Excel, BI tools, and TMS/WMS software Proven ability to present design options to clients and internal stakeholders Ability to design long-term logistics strategies and Skilled in overseeing project timelines, specifically for implementation.
