This role will have responsibility for analyzing the total supply pipeline (production & materials) and anticipating and resolving short- and long-term issues/ opportunities for specific brand product groups. This role will analyze metrics to drive improvements and create a detailed supply plan to ensure that customer requirements and service levels are achieved. Additionally, this role will be accountable for one or more of the following: production schedule/ capacity, vendor relationship management, and project ownership. How You Will Make aDifference:
Analyze supply plan to validate demand match with customer service requirements and urgently resolve constraints Analyze inventory performance metrics to drive improvements and alignment against brand inventory policies Analyze integrity of supply plans to ensure systemic and process driven support of supply strategies Create and communicate detailed executable supply plans (production plans, buy plans, materials requirements) Follow up and ensure execution of supply plan (PO, cut maintenance,) to manage service expectations Advocate timely customer fulfillment by resolving any product flow constraints Perform other duties as assigned while supporting the above key responsibilities. Partners with business to understand product strategies and align supply tactics accordingly through activities such as product line reviews, contract installation meetings, S&OP discussions Supports planning managers in the short to mid-term horizon by maintaining capacity schedules, and/or managing vendor strategies, and/or maintaining project ownership that support business objectives Helps to identify and install process improvements and best practices within the planning department Skills forSuccess:
Bachelor Degree in related field of study or equivalent experience Years of related professional experience: 3+ Strong knowledge of planning Strong communication skills (written, verbal) Exceptional organizational and time management skills Excellent collaboration skills Sharp analytical and problem solving skills Demonstrated ability to implement continuous process improvements and management of complex projects Demonstrated ability to lead larger \ more complex projects.
