Subcontract Technical Representative responsibilities: Provide oversight of over 50 vendor service subcontracts, staff augmentation, basic ordering agreements, and task order subcontracts. Manage the development and approval process of organizational Statement of Works. Interface and coordinate with internal ACO organizations as well as with the Procurement organization and the subcontracting entities to plan, award, and execute subcontracts in support of complex and multi-discipline objectives. Manage contracted project scope through meetings, correspondence, and stakeholder engagement. Improve efficiency and management of subcontracts through bid, award, on-boarding, and initial execution Gather and provide feedback to subcontractors to improve overall performance of subcontracts in ACO.
