Company:

Assist in monitoring inventory levels and supporting purchasing activities. Maintain communication with CSMs, parts departments, service departments, and sales departments to help manage inventory levels ahead of demand. 2

Supplier Coordination:

Communicate with suppliers to follow up on orders, registrations, and requests. Ensure items are moving and provide updates as needed. 3

Returns, Write Downs and Claims:

Track and follow up on returns, write downs, and vendor claims to ensure completion and proper documentation. 4

Business Performance:

Assist in tracking and reporting the performance of the parts business. Sales by branch/product line and inventory levels by branch/product line are essential elements. 5

Problem Resolution:

Assist in the resolution of customer/supplier issues utilizing other resources as required and escalate when needed. 7

Communications:

Maintain open and effective communications with all personnel and all departments. 8

Parts Systems & Onboarding Coordination:

Own the onboarding and offboarding of all parts-related systems. This includes setting up new parts employees in OEM, submitting and tracking all registration requests, and following up with vendors until completion. Ensure all access is completed in a timely manner for new hires and removed for terminated employees. Maintain a tracking system for all system access and registrations to ensure visibility and accountability.
