We are seeking a Supply Chain / Logistics Analyst to support forecasting, inventory management, logistics planning, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will analyze key business and operational metrics, identify process inefficiencies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain performance. Key Responsibilities:
Perform forecasting and planning activities related to production, inventory, capacity, turnover, and capital expenditure requirements. Analyze, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, profitability, inventory levels, and operational efficiency. Conduct cost and profitability analyses to support business decisions, product launches, and operational initiatives. Develop supplier forecasts and coordinate logistics processes with suppliers. Support material planning activities, including material phase-in/phase-out and delivery requirements. Manage inventory levels, analyze inventory trends, and implement inventory reduction strategies. Evaluate logistics processes, including cycle time, first pass yield, on-time delivery, and productivity metrics, and recommend process improvements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support supply chain and logistics objectives. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory planning, or operations analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with KPIs, forecasting, inventory management, and process improvement initiatives. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
