As a Fleet Support Analyst, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Fleet Support team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

$39/hour + Benefits What's the Job? Actively engage in ensuring the operational uptime of our autonomous fleet. Perform live troubleshooting of hardware and software-related issues, interfacing with operators and capturing troubleshooting details in Jira. Diagnose and analyze telemetry data to identify potential root causes of fleet issues. Escalate unresolved problems to higher-level teams and ensure timely resolution. Document troubleshooting processes and analyze historical data to identify trends and implement preventive measures. What's Needed? Minimum 2 years of experience in technical troubleshooting, preferably within automotive or transportation sectors. Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically under pressure. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
