Job Description

Job Description We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to support contract and pricing analytics across a large portfolio of medical supplies. This role focuses on analyzing supplier contracts, reconciling complex datasets, and identifying cost-saving and standardization opportunities across multiple organizations. You will play a key role in understanding data sources, business processes, and supply chain drivers, while delivering actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large datasets, interpreting trends, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
  •  Analyze and compare supplier contracts and pricing (Vizient, local, internal portfolios)
  •  Pull, validate, and reconcile large datasets to identify discrepancies and pricing variances
  •  Build cross-references to evaluate contract alignment and price conversions
  •  Develop dashboards and reports for stakeholder insights
  •  Support onboarding/integration of new organizations and assess sourcing alignment
  •  Identify cost-saving and standardization opportunities across supply categories

  •  HS Diploma
  •  3-5+ years of experience in healthcare or supply chain analytics
  •  Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables & V-lookups)
  •  Power BI Experience
  •  Ability to interpret and analyze contract pricing and supplier data
  •  Experience working with large datasets and performing detailed comparative analysis
  •  High level of attention to detail
  •  Bachelor's degree
  •  Familiarity with GPO (Group Purchasing Organization) environments
  •  Experience working with SQL
