Job Description

Talascend is currently seeking a Supply Chain Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity with our client in Plano, Texas . Overview The main function of a supply chain analyst is to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to production schedules. The role involves reviewing schedules, managing inventory, and compiling reports to support production and logistics processes. Responsibilities Examine documents, materials, and products, and monitor work processes to ensure accuracy and conformance to standards. Review production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and material requirements. Record production data, including volume produced, raw material consumption, and quality control measures. Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands. Support communication efforts with Korean-speaking team members, organizing and tracking project requests, gathering feedback, and managing Excel trackers. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Must be bilingual in Korean and English. 2-4 years related experience required. Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze costs related to manufacturing, labor, and materials. Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel. We thank all applicants for their interest.
