Duties:

Lead Cost Rolling Forecast Plan to meet stakeholders requirements and ensure profitability. Lead a global initiative to ensure cost accuracy and profitability on long-term planning of New Product Introduction (NPI) platforms, working closely with factory, product, sales, and marketing teams. Develop analytics tools to track cost and demand accuracy for both new and existing product lines. Plan for margin sensitive high volume Burst deals which drive retail business. Serve as a subject matter expert to design new dashboards and tools to be used across the company. Present Monthly Readiness, Executive Cost Reviews (ECR), and Cost Guidance and Communication for senior leadership. Engage in providing cost analytics to support annual target setting for Retail, Online, and Small Business North America Channels on various lines of business. Support the Unit, Revenue and Margin (URM) plan attainment across all regions and products on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Lead the implementation from plan to product costing in various funding programs to transmit the right funding by configurations across various sales channels.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or related field plus ten (10) years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or related occupation OR Masters degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or related field plus eight (8) years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or related occupation.

Experience must include:

technical and planning product cost management; advanced analytical skills - Excel and Power BI; demand forecasting and planning; supply chain management; pricing strategies and market dynamics; and Profit and Loss (P&L) management.
