In this role, you will be responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts, analyzing sales and inventory data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain operations. Your expertise will directly influence production planning, inventory management, and overall business efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills, experience with advanced analytics tools, Power BI/Tableau, have experience with ERP systems,, SAP, New Horizon or similar and a comprehensive understanding of supply chain management principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain statistical demand forecasts across SKUs, customers, and channels Partner with Sales and Marketing to incorporate promotions, launches, and market intelligence into forecasts Monitor forecast accuracy and continuously improve models and assumptions Identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to leadership Support the monthly S&OP process to align demand, supply, and financial plans Collaborate with Supply Chain to optimize inventory levels and service performance Ensure data integrity across ERP and forecasting systems while managing planning tools Own and manage company demand planning tools (e.g., New Horizon or similar systems) Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Statistics, Economics, or related field 3+ years in demand planning, forecasting, or analytics (CPG preferred) Advanced Excel and experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) Experience with ERP and forecasting systems (SAP, New Horizon, or similar) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage complex datasets and multiple priorities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Must be a skilled crossfunctional collaborator. Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights for a wide range of audiences Bilingual (Spanish & English) required as there will be communication with Mexico vendors.
