  • Role Overview
  • As a Tool Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of material and tool flow—ensuring the right equipment and parts are available at the right time. Your work directly supports production efficiency, safety, and quality in a mission-critical aviation environment.
  • What You'll Do
  • In this essential logistics and coordination role, you will: + Route materials to proper storage locations following established procedures + Conduct
  • inventory audits
  • and report damaged or deteriorated materials + Issue, track, and prepare materials and tools for shipment or use + Order tools, parts, and equipment to support operational needs + Analyze
  • production schedules
  • to ensure material availability aligns with demand + Investigate and resolve material, inventory, and scheduling issues + Maintain compliance with
  • tool control, FOD, safety, and inventory standards
  • + Support configuration control and ensure adherence to quality and cost requirements + Perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various environments + Utilize computer systems to track inventory and coordinate workflow + Follow all safety procedures, including use of required PPE
  • Required Qualifications
  • + •4+ years of warehouse or inventory experience•, including parts accountability + Basic •computer proficiency•for inventory tracking and coordination + Ability to obtain or currently hold a •forklift license•+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Ability to read, write, and comprehend English + Willingness to work •1st or 2nd shift•and maintain consistent attendance + •This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

  • + Experience supporting
  • aerospace or manufacturing operations
  • + Familiarity with
  • inventory systems and production scheduling environments
  • + Experience handling
  • hazardous materials safely and compliantly
  • + Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues
  • Physical & Work Environment Requirements
  • + Ability to lift up to
  • 35 lbs (and assist with heavier lifts when required)
  • + Comfortable working in
  • confined spaces, elevated platforms, and varying conditions
  • + Frequent standing, walking, and reaching overhead + Use of
  • personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • required + Exposure to
  • noise and industrial environments

  • Pay Details:
