Job Description

Supply Chain Analyst II responsible for demand planning, forecasting, replenishment analysis, ERP/MRP support, reporting, allocation planning, and supply chain process improvement. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred 3-5 years of related supply chain, demand planning, forecasting, or planning experience Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
SAP S/4 HANA
experience or similar ERP system experience Experience maintaining MRP or DRP systems Proficiency in statistics and forecasting Understanding of operational and financial impacts related to supply chain planning SQL experience Power BI experience Tableau experience Advanced Excel skills Valid in-state driver's license Ability to work onsite Ability to attend local and remote meetings and presentations Ability to periodically work outside normal business hours Preferred Skills APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional certification OEM or non-OEM production and service product planning experience Demand planning experience involving promotions, penetration rates, new products, life cycle demand, seasonality, and special activities Experience developing statistical forecast models Experience reviewing historical sales trends and demand drivers Experience with product allocation during limited supply situations Experience supporting product launch, end-of-life, and transition planning Experience developing planning, forecasting, and operational reports Job Responsibilities Support customer demand requirements for OEM and non-OEM production and service products Gather, review, and analyze supply chain data and demand information Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to align supply with demand signals Develop, adjust, and improve consensus forecasts and customer orders Review historical sales trends and research demand drivers Prepare forecast data and develop statistical forecast models Evaluate forecast results and improve forecast accuracy Align planning with production and demand forecasts based on supplier, manufacturing, logistics, and lead-time factors Analyze, prioritize, and coordinate replenishment activities Support customer service levels while minimizing order-to-receipt cycle time and logistics costs Make purchasing decisions within established policies, inventory levels, and sales expectations Use lead times, minimum order requirements, logistics capacity, production capacity, shelf life, forecasts, and part maintenance data to support planning decisions Optimize product allocation to customers during limited supply situations Review allocation processes and recommend improvements Review business processes and recommend ERP-related improvements Coordinate product launches, end-of-life planning, and product transitions Balance sales demand with obsolescence risk Develop, maintain, and improve planning, forecasting, and operational reports Query, mine, analyze, format, and communicate supply chain data Coordinate cross-functional activities to reconcile variances and refine forecast models Identify and participate in continuous improvement opportunities related to supply and demand alignment
