Job Description

We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join a growing organization in Williamsburg, Virginia in a contract-to-permanent capacity. This role will support end-to-end purchasing and materials flow, helping ensure products move efficiently from sourcing through customer delivery. The ideal candidate will use data-driven insights to strengthen planning, control costs, and improve supply chain performance across daily operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the complete procurement cycle, from preparing purchase requests to issuing and tracking purchase orders through fulfillment.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify delays, cost drivers, and service gaps, then recommend practical improvements.
  • Coordinate the movement of materials and products across suppliers, production, and customer delivery channels to maintain operational continuity.
  • Partner with internal teams to align purchasing activity with demand forecasts and production requirements.
  • Monitor supplier performance, order status, and inventory needs to reduce disruption and support on-time availability.
  • Support forecasting and production planning activities by translating historical trends and business demand into actionable supply plans.
  • Develop reports and performance metrics that highlight efficiency, spending patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
