Medical, 401K, sick leave Role & Responsibilities Execute all receiving activities, including the intake and documentation of raw materials, components, and other purchased items. Carry out all shipping activities, including issuing materials to suppliers, preparing and processing finished goods for shipment to EU contract warehouses and U.S. clinical study sites, as well as handling all other domestic and international shipments as needed. Maintain and organize warehouse inventory locations to ensure accurate counts and full lot traceability, including complete documentation of all transactions using established tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel). Perform cycle counts and regular inventory audits, including annual year-end physical inventory. Manage Work Order (WO) transactions, including component backflush/issue, routing updates, and timely work order closure. Ensure all inventory transactions are accurately coded, recorded, and electronically scanned/filed promptly. Process and restock finished goods returned from U.S. clinical study sites. Essential Qualifications 5+ years of experience in inventory management. Experience in a regulated industry is required. Familiarity with MRP processes. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively and in a timely manner. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
