Anticipated assignment duration:
ASAP - Oct 2028 As a Materials Coordinator here is the work you will do: Track and enter material receiving data Log supply chain data including receipts, issuing, min/max, logistics data, and invoicing Maintain accuracy and up to date entry in the system of record Develop quarterly scorecards by maintaining history/supportive data for continuous improvement for quality, cost and delivery objectives in addition to maintaining good working relationship with suppliers Electronic inventory control and ensures accurate and timely reporting to materials manager or other supervisors upon request This role is for you if you have these skills/ qualifications: Strong interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills including effectively communicating commercial solutions & concepts to procurement and non-procurement personnel Proficiency using Microsoft Office tools and SAP or other ERP applications Ability to prioritize workload to manage internal and external customer requirements utilizing resources to accomplish tasks efficiently and on schedule in a matrixed organization Strong knowledge of purchasing trends and broad knowledge of the home office and field procurement processes. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred 2+ years of warehouse/ material management experience required In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $60,000 - $ 104,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. Expertise in:
Ability to wear a mask, respirator, bullet proof vest, or other equipment. Ability to regularly perform all job functions at Company's office or worksite. Ability to withstand environmental conditions (e.g. extreme heat or cold, grass, wind, sand, fumes, odors, gases, extreme noise, etc.)
