The ideal candidate will have previous construction supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage crews of 5+ employees while coordinating daily jobsite operations safely and efficiently. Experience with mining supervision and/or underground wet utilities is highly preferred. Candidates should also be familiar with MSHA and OSHA regulations and be capable of managing multiple projects and maintaining strong communication with clients, crews, and management.
