Contract-to-Hire Key Qualifications:
Experience in fiber or OSP permitting and right-of-way (ROW) coordination across multiple jurisdictions. Familiarity with the Phoenix, AZ permitting landscape, including agencies like Maricopa County, Chandler, Gilbert, or SRP. Proven ability to manage the full permit lifecycle: submission, tracking, and closeout. Experience reviewing engineering prints to identify and correct errors before municipal submission. Ability to hold vendors and general contractors accountable for submittal quality and timelines.
Key Skills:
Professional communication skills for engaging with city officials, utilities, and internal teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for high-volume permit tracking and reporting. Understanding of OSP design and fiber construction impacts on permitting. Exposure to project tracking tools like Vertruvi.
