Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across fabrication shop and field erection crews Manage production schedules, project timelines, and overall job execution Drive profitability through cost control, labor efficiency, and resource planning Lead and develop shop, field, and project management teams Ensure safety compliance across all operations (shop and field) Work closely with estimating, project management, and clients to ensure successful project delivery Monitor KPIs, budgets, and overall company performance Maintain quality standards and ensure projects meet specifications

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a General Manager in steel fabrication and/or erection Strong background in structural steel operations (shop and field) Proven ability to manage teams, schedules, and multiple projects Experience with budgeting, cost control, and P&L responsibility Solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance Leadership presence with the ability to drive accountability and results Must be eligible to work in the United States without restriction and without the need for current or future sponsorship.
