Our purposeful diversification ensures resilience and stability, highlighting our expertise and commitment to meeting all your financial needs.Job Description The Mineral Management Associate is responsible for working directly with Mineral Managers, Oil and Gas Vendors and mineral management delivery platforms. Position has a focus on one of the three disciplines, depending on company needs. Partner with the Private Bank Officers and Mineral Managers and is focused on delivering superior client service and works under limited supervision. Create and maintain custom reporting and oversight of account performance related to revenue and expense monitoring. Perform Controlled Self Assessments on all functions that are performed in the Mineral Management Operations area. Services are either provided as trustee or agent for individuals, trusts, companies, universities, foundations and other banks.

How You'll Spend Your Time You will design and maintain SharePoint reports that support Mineral Management operations. You will prepare weekly and monthly reporting to track revenue and expense performance for assigned accounts. You will complete Controlled Self Assessments across key Mineral Management functions, including revenue processing and account closing. You will handle detailed administrative tasks such as account distributions, asset descriptions, and data entry in the mineral asset management system. You will work with business line managers on compliance reporting and responses tied to
SAS 70, SOC
I, and OCC requirements. You will support Oil & Gas VRO oversight activities, monitor vendor SLAs, and assist with vendor and BOKF disaster recovery testing. Education & Experience Requirements This level of knowledge is normally acquired through a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' experience; or 8+ years of equivalent work related experience. Advanced knowledge of mathematics Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail Knowledge and understanding of legal entities Knowledge of mineral royalties, working interest, overrides, well production units, division orders, mineral lease characteristics, and conservation commission regulations, report generation, and information gathering Excellent customer relation skills focused on delivering superior service quality Excellent PC skills including Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel applications Excellent oral and written communication skills BOK Financial Corporation Group is a stable and financially strong organization that provides excellent training and development to support building the long term careers of employees.
