Job Description

Senior Superintendent - Mission Critical J.H. As Senior Superintendent - Mission Critical, you'll be responsible for the overall direction of field operations on one or multiple missioncritical or data center projects. You will lead site execution by managing schedules, labor, and cost outcomes; supervising field personnel and subcontractors; fostering strong relationships across project teams; and contributing to company training and subjectmatter development to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage projects involving multiple superintendents to ensure alignment, collaboration, and successful delivery Influence and oversee delivery results through effective leadership and collaboration Execute key strategic initiatives to support the company's overall strategy Assume responsibility for overall success of project management, including scheduling, production, quality, and safety Identify, assess, and actively manage project risks to protect the company Develop new business opportunities, cultivating and maintaining long-term client relationships Take a leadership role in project pursuit processes, including client interviews and meetings Mentor and guide emerging leaders within the organization
Qualifications:
Experience managing complex standalone or multiple projects from initial planning to completion Knowledge of Bluebeam, Excel, Microsoft Project & Outlook, PlanGrid, and CMiC Experience as a Superintendent on $30 million jobs or larger Excellent teaching and mentoring skills Ability to maintain a productive and efficient crew; ability to change the schedule and multitask as needed
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience in a Superintendent/Supervisor role 10+ years of experience in commercial construction 5+ years of field supervision experience in mission critical and/or data center construction preferred
